What it costs to arrive, and to go back.
Delivery is $39 an order under $600 and free from $600. Stairs are $25 a flight for each large item. You have 14 days to change your mind.

Every piece is carried to where it will live, when the building has a lift it fits in.
Assembly
Anything flat-packed is built by the team. Sofa legs are refitted.
Packaging taken away
All of it leaves with the team.
We deliver to all of mainland Singapore and Sentosa at the same price. Someone aged 18 or over has to be home.

The assistant cannot see the delivery schedule, so it never promises a date. Write the date you need in the delivery notes at checkout, and the delivery team confirms it by SMS within one working day.

14 days, counted from the delivery.

- Changed your mind: yes, 4 more daysThe piece goes back as it arrived. A 10% restocking fee is kept once it has been unboxed or assembled, and collection is $49 a trip.
- Damaged or faulty: the warranty appliesAfter day 7 a manufacturing defect is covered by the warranty: 2 years on frames, legs and joints, 1 year on fabric, cushions and finishes.

Paid to the original payment method within 7 working days of collection. Delivery and staircase carry charges are not refunded. A flat-packed piece still in its sealed boxes goes back with no restocking fee.
